Nettmann Systems supplies the best shots at the 2008 Beijing Olympics

The crowd has gathered, their energy palpable. 90,000+ fans fill the Bird's Nest arena on any given day to cheer on their countrymen as they take part in the track and field events of the 29th Summer Olympics in Beijing, China. The roar of the crowd literally rocks the stadium, but this does not affect the Stab-C Compact as it runs, tirelessly, up and down the track alongside the likes of Usain Bolt and Walter Dix.
Our unique 5-axis stabilizing camera system eliminates all adverse motion artifacts. For those of us unable to make the journey to watch history unfold, we needn't have worried. The Stab-C Compact, by Nettmann Systems International, brought us not only into the games, but gave us enviable seats right on the track. As we viewed the events from our homes, the Stab-C Compact made us feel as if we were right there, absorbing all the colors of many nations, in hi-def, with the exception of having to endure the actual race itself.
The Stab-C Compact was not only featured on the straight and curved track of the Bird's Nest, but also hung suspended on 'Cablecam' for the last exciting 720 meters of the Olympic Cycling events – further showcasing its incredible versatility.
The Mini-Motes were also a hit at the Olympics and were used extensively throughout the Archery and Gymnastics portions of the games, thus bringing to life the magical performances of Nastia Liukin and Shawn Johnson.
Nettmann Systems is proud to have been part of the 2008 Summer Olympics in China and enjoyed giving viewers at home the opportunity of front row seats to some of the hottest events in Beijing, and we thank our agents ACS France for securing and organizing this production and their dedicated service.
