Our new model the Nettmann Systems DSG Featuring fiber optic gyros, direct drive motors. Gyro-stabilized in the sitting or hanging position.
The Nettmann Systems DSG is a supreme stabilization platform that was originally custom designed for the Canadian Government for aerial surveillance utilizing a Cessna Sky king plane. Nettmann Systems was the only company on the market that could fully stabilize and control the 90 lb custom sensor package that was required by the Canadian R.C.M.P.
This 5 axis stabilized gimbal includes precision 16 bit absolute encoders on each axis as well as encoders on the zoom and focus rings of the camera lens for interfacing with GPS mapping software like Navitrak. It also has the ability to report line of sight L.O.S. of the lens in pitch, roll and yaw. This is done by the computation of three functions: an inertial navigation unit (INU); Nettmann Systems DSG gimbal angles; and differential G.P.S.
Nettmann Systems's new DSG is about to revolutionize high quality aerial surveillance. No other gimbal even comes close to matching the DSG's quality construction, performance or reliability.
